Beta Social Platform

Terms and Conditions

Last Updated: 10-10-2026

1. Introduction

Welcome to Beta, a social media platform designed to help people connect, share content, and interact in a safer and more trustworthy environment. Beta aims to reduce fake accounts, identity impersonation, fraud, and misuse of the platform.

The platform is operated by Money Card Company, subject to completion and verification of the operator’s official legal details.

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of Beta, including your rights, responsibilities, and the actions the platform may take when these terms are violated.

Please read these Terms carefully before creating an account or using the platform.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Beta, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to comply with them and with the platform’s Privacy Policy and any additional rules published by Beta.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must stop using the platform.

Where applicable law requires express consent, parental authorization, or another specific form of agreement, using the platform does not replace that requirement.

3. Minimum Age

Users must be at least 16 years old to use Beta, subject to the minimum-age requirements and other conditions imposed by the laws of the country in which the user resides.

If local law establishes a higher minimum age or requires parental consent or additional protections for minors, those legal requirements will apply.

Users must not misrepresent their age or attempt to circumvent age restrictions. Beta may take appropriate action when an age-related violation is identified, subject to applicable law.

4. Account Registration and Accurate Information

When registering for an account, users must:

  1. Provide accurate, complete, and current information where requested.

  2. Provide their genuine personal information when required for identity verification.

  3. Avoid impersonating another person or using another person's information without lawful authorization.

  4. Avoid creating accounts for fraud, deception, or circumvention of account restrictions.

  5. Update information when necessary to maintain the accuracy of the account.

  6. Protect their login credentials and prevent unauthorized use of their accounts.

Beta may request additional information or repeat verification when reasonably necessary to protect account security, investigate suspected impersonation or fraud, or comply with legal obligations.

5. Identity Verification

Beta may use identity verification procedures to help establish that an account belongs to a real person and to reduce fake accounts, impersonation, fraud, and abuse.

Where lawful and necessary, users may be asked to provide an accepted identity document, such as a national identity card or passport. This may include images of both sides of a document when necessary and legally permitted.

The types of documents requested, the collection method, processing activities, and retention periods must comply with the laws applicable in each country. Identity documents will not be collected in a market until the relevant legal requirements have been assessed.

Verification information will be used for the purposes disclosed in the Privacy Policy and will not be used for incompatible purposes without an appropriate legal basis.

Users may be permitted to view certain public content before completing verification. However, features such as posting, commenting, liking, or creating pages and groups may be restricted until the applicable verification requirements have been satisfied, as disclosed by Beta.

If verification cannot be completed, Beta may request additional information or provide an opportunity to retry or challenge the decision, depending on the circumstances and the procedures available.

6. Identity Verification and the Verification Badge

Identity verification and the verification badge are separate processes.

Identity verification is intended to establish the account holder’s identity through Beta’s verification procedures.

The verification badge is an additional status that may be requested under separate eligibility criteria. Accounts or pages that reach one million followers may apply for the badge, subject to review and approval by Beta’s administration.

Reaching one million followers does not guarantee approval, and the badge is not automatically granted solely because the follower threshold has been reached.

Beta may reject an application or withdraw a badge for justified reasons, subject to its published rules and applicable law.

7. Account Security and Responsibility

Users are responsible for activities carried out through their accounts to the extent permitted by law. This does not exclude any legal obligations or responsibilities that Beta may have.

Users should notify Beta if they suspect unauthorized access to their accounts.

Selling, renting, or transferring accounts for deception, circumvention, or violation of applicable rules is prohibited unless expressly permitted by Beta under published conditions.

Beta may implement reasonable security measures to protect accounts and reduce misuse, but it does not guarantee absolute protection against every possible risk.

8. User-Generated Content

Beta may allow users to publish text, photographs, videos, posts, comments, and other types of content through the features available on the platform.

Users remain responsible for the content they create, upload, or share, including ensuring that they have the rights necessary to publish it.

Users must not publish content that violates these Terms or applicable law, including:

  1. Financial or online fraud, scams, or fraudulent schemes.

  2. Impersonation or the deceptive use of another person’s identity.

  3. Threats, blackmail, harassment, or deliberate intimidation.

  4. Unlawful defamation or knowingly false allegations that harm others.

  5. Personal information or private documents belonging to others without lawful authorization.

  6. Sexual exploitation, exploitation of children, or content that endangers children.

  7. Illegal sexual content or intimate images shared without the required consent.

  8. Promotion of criminal activity, unlawful trafficking, illegal drugs, prohibited weapons, or restricted medicines.

  9. Copyright infringement, trademark infringement, or other violations of intellectual property rights.

  10. Malware, phishing links, account-stealing tools, or other malicious content.

  11. Spam, artificial engagement manipulation, or deceptive follower inflation.

  12. Incitement to violence, unlawful hatred, or unlawful discrimination.

  13. Content that violates applicable local or international law.

  14. Attempts to bypass security measures, disrupt the platform, or obtain unauthorized access to its systems.

These rules are not intended to impose a general ban on respectful and substantive political, social, or economic criticism. Users may express opinions and discuss public policies provided that their conduct does not constitute unlawful threats, incitement, harassment, defamation, or another legal violation.

Beta will assess reported content in context, taking into account its nature, applicable law, and legitimate freedom of expression.

9. Impersonation and Fraud

Users must not create accounts that impersonate individuals, organizations, or official entities, or use another person’s identity without lawful authorization.

Users must not use Beta to conduct scams, solicit money through deception, promote fraudulent offers, steal login credentials, or obtain personal documents for unlawful purposes.

Beta may review accounts where there are reasonable indicators of fraud, impersonation, or other abuse and may take appropriate action under these Terms and applicable law.

10. Pages and Groups

Users may create pages and groups where these features are available and the applicable requirements have been satisfied.

Page and group administrators should take appropriate action regarding violations they become aware of, to the extent required by applicable law and these Terms.

Pages and groups must not impersonate official entities or other people or be used for fraud, deception, or prohibited content.

Beta may restrict or remove a page or group that violates these Terms, subject to applicable legal requirements.

11. Reporting Content and Accounts

Users may use Beta’s reporting tools to report accounts, posts, comments, pages, or groups they reasonably believe violate these Terms.

Reports must be submitted honestly and must not be used for retaliation, harassment, or the suppression of lawful opinions.

Beta will review reports according to its procedures, available resources, and the nature of the reported issue. Submitting a report does not guarantee that content will be removed or that a particular action will be taken.

Where appropriate and legally permitted, Beta may request additional information from the reporting user or the person concerned.

12. Enforcement and Account Restrictions

When Beta reasonably suspects or establishes a violation, it may take one or more of the following actions, depending on the severity, frequency, and associated risks:

  • Issue a warning or request that the violation be corrected.

  • Remove content or restrict its visibility.

  • Temporarily disable certain features.

  • Restrict posting, commenting, or other interactions.

  • Request additional identity verification.

  • Temporarily suspend an account.

  • Permanently terminate an account in serious or repeated cases.

  • Restrict or remove violating pages or groups.

  • Take further action required by law, including cooperating with competent authorities where legally required.

Beta will seek to apply proportionate measures, while recognizing that urgent action may be necessary to protect users, address serious risks, or comply with legal obligations.

Where appropriate and legally permitted, users may request a review or submit an appeal through Beta’s official contact channels.

13. Intellectual Property and User Content

Users retain the intellectual property rights they own in the content they create, subject to third-party rights and applicable law.

By publishing content on Beta, users grant Beta a non-exclusive, limited license to host, store, reproduce, display, and technically distribute that content as necessary to provide the requested services, operate platform features, respect the user’s privacy settings, and protect the platform against misuse.

This license continues for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service and ends or is limited when the content or account is deleted, subject to necessary technical backups, legal obligations, and the legitimate rights of others.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of a user’s personal content to Beta.

Users must not upload content that infringes copyright, trademarks, or other legal rights. Rights holders may submit a report with the information reasonably required for review.

14. Privacy and Identity Documents

Personal information is processed in accordance with Beta’s Privacy Policy and applicable law.

Identity document images and complete identity-document details are not displayed publicly, on user profiles, or to other users.

Access to identity documents is limited to authorized individuals or service providers who need the information for disclosed and lawful purposes, subject to appropriate access, security, and retention controls.

Users must not request, publish, or distribute another person’s identity documents without lawful authorization.

15. Account and Data Deletion

Users may request account deletion through the deletion feature provided by Beta or through an official contact channel if the feature is unavailable.

Once a deletion request is confirmed, Beta will begin deleting the account and associated data from active systems in accordance with its deletion procedures and Privacy Policy.

Depending on the data and systems involved, this may include profile information, posts, content associated with the account, identity document images, and verification information.

Deletion from backups and certain technical systems may require additional time under a secure deletion cycle.

Beta may retain limited information where required by law or where necessary on a lawful basis to address an existing dispute, comply with a legal obligation, or prevent fraud. Such information will be restricted to the necessary purposes and retained only for the applicable period.

The Privacy Policy explains the deletion process and any limited exceptions.

Before confirming deletion, users should be informed whether the action is permanent and of any material consequences.

16. Service Availability and Changes

Beta will seek to provide a reliable service but does not guarantee that every feature will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

Maintenance, updates, or feature changes may be necessary for technical, security, operational, or legal reasons.

Nothing in this section excludes any obligation or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

17. Third-Party Services and Links

Beta may contain links to services operated by third parties. Those services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

Beta does not necessarily control those services, and displaying a link does not imply endorsement.

18. Limitation of Responsibility

Beta does not guarantee that every account or post will be free of violations or that all fraud and impersonation can be prevented. It aims to take appropriate measures to reduce risks and respond to reports.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Users remain responsible for their own decisions and interactions with other users and should exercise appropriate caution when evaluating offers or claims encountered through the platform.

19. Changes to These Terms

Beta may update these Terms to reflect changes to its services, security practices, or legal requirements.

Updated versions will be published with a revision date. Where the law requires special notice or renewed consent, Beta will take the required steps.

Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance only to the extent permitted by law and does not replace any legally required express consent.

20. Suspension and Termination

Users may stop using Beta and request deletion of their accounts.

Beta may suspend or terminate accounts in the circumstances described in these Terms, subject to applicable law and any applicable rights to notice, appeal, or data retrieval.

Termination does not cancel legal obligations that, by their nature, continue after termination.

21. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the law applicable to the relationship between the user and Beta, subject to mandatory legal provisions, consumer rights, and jurisdictional protections that apply in the user’s country.

The parties may seek to resolve disputes amicably where appropriate. Nothing in these Terms prevents users from bringing a complaint before a competent court or regulatory authority.

The operator’s full legal name, registered address, relevant registration details, and any intended jurisdiction-specific provisions must be completed following legal review.
